SINGAPORE - Mr Husni Heron has not renewed his contract as chief executive officer of Singapore-listed Seroja Investments Limited, the company announced in a release on Tuesday.
Mr Heron did not seek re-employment after expiry of his current contract on May 31, 2015, the release stated.
Mr Heron who was with the company since 2003 was responsible for the promotion, development and management of its business.
He has a deemed interest of 3,380,357 shares held through a third-party investment company.
