SINGAPORE - Swiber Holdings' applications for judicial management for itself and subsidiary, Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd, will be heard by the Singapore High Court at 5 pm on Tuesday (Aug 2).
The hearing will be held in Chamber 4B of the High Court, Cameron Lindsay Duncan, joint provisional liquidator of the offshore services firm said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange late on Monday (Aug 1).
The High Court has also fixed a judge pre-trial conference for Friday (Aug 5) at 10 am in Chamber 4A.
Swiber last Friday (July 29) made a sudden late night announcement that it was withdrawing its shock winding-up application to opt instead for judicial management.
Its bid to survive averted what would have been the biggest collapse of an oil and gas related company in Singapore.
A judicial management allows Swiber to continue operating under court supervision while attempting to turn around the business.
