SINGAPORE - Hiap Hoe has proposed to spin off its Australian property business held under Meteorite (Australia) on the Catalist board.

Its portfolio of investment properties in Australia are in Melbourne and Perth.

Hiap Hoe noted that the restructuring for a spin-off is in its preliminary stages.

There is no assurance that it will materialise, it added.
