Cache Logistics Trust

Cache Logistics Trust yesterday posted a 0.3 per cent dip in its distribution per unit to 2.14 cents for the second quarter, from 2.147 cents from the same period the year before.

Net property income for the quarter ended June 30 fell 5.4 per cent to $18.5 million, even as gross revenue grew 3.7 per cent to $21.5 million.


Mapletree Logistics Trust

Mapletree Logistics Trust's manager yesterday announced a distribution per unit of 1.85 cents for the first quarter ended June 30 - down 2.6 per cent from the same period a year earlier.

This was even as net property income grew 3.1 per cent to $71.1 million and gross revenue rose 5 per cent to $85. 1 million, thanks to contributions from acquisitions and stronger performance from existing properties.


Hiap Hoe

Real estate group Hiap Hoe is shelving its plans to spin off its property business in Australia and list it on the Catalist board here, it said in a statement yesterday.
