Challenger to seek SGX approval for proposed delisting

IT retailer Challenger Technologies said it will submit documents to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) this week for its proposed delisting after investors questioned its timeline for the buyout yesterday.

The statement will go some way towards addressing concerns raised at its annual general meeting (AGM).
