Co-working offices could command a greater share of commercial buildings here in the coming years as demand continues to grow for more flexible working arrangements. That increased demand will also allow the major providers such as IWG and JustCo to reap benefits as they grow their market share.
About 5 per cent of total commercial office space is taken up by co-working and serviced office providers, according to data shared by real estate firms.
