Upcoming project Marina One has sold at least 205 units to multi-unit buyers so far, developer M+S said on Thursday.

It has released 242 units in all, above an expected initial release of 150 to 200 units.

It will start balloting tomorrow for single-unit purchasers who have submitted cheques during the preview period.

Balloting for buyers of three or more units started on Oct 3 while that for buyers of two units started on Wednesday.

Official sales to the general public will start on Saturday.
