Q: Several branded residential developments have been advertised for sale recently. What are they and can they be an investment opportunity?
Branded residences are residential properties that are affiliated with a well-known brand such as Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and St Regis (the latter two brands come under Marriott International), and can be purchased on the open market.
