HANOI (Reuters) - United Overseas Bank is among potential banks which are interested in buying a small Vietnamese lender, GP Bank, as part of Vietnam's banking sector reform, according to a senior GP Bank executive, the Dau Tu (Investment) newspaper reported on Monday.
