Poll: Execs believe firms based key decisions on inaccurate data

Many corporate leaders believe their companies have made significant decisions based on inaccurate data, a new survey found.

It found that 70 per cent of those polled here identified the issue as a hidden problem, with 45 per cent stating their concern over errors that may not be visible yet must exist.
