SINGAPORE - Citi Singapore will allow most staff to work remotely for up to two days a week, in line with the American bank's global shift towards flexible work arrangements.
The move will take effect by the third quarter and impact 90 to 95 per cent of staff here - those who can perform some of their tasks away from the office - although some teams have already started.
