SINGAPORE - All the units at a freehold condominium in the upscale Balmoral area near Orchard have been put up for bulk sale.
The indicative price for the entire Treasure on Balmoral is $191.4 million, which works out to around $1,850 per sq ft (psf) for the 103,439 sq ft project.
Treasure on Balmoral, at 5/5A Balmoral Road in District 10, was developed by Hiap Hoe Group.
"We expect a strong price recovery in the high-end property market during the next property upswing as the high-end market has been (embattled) for quite a number of years," said Mr Steven Ming, managing director of Savills Singapore which is marketing the property.
He added that this would be a "a rare opportunity for private investors or ultra high net worth individuals to acquire a well located and high quality product as an investment property or strata sales exit in future".
The project has 48 units in two 12-storey blocks. These units range from 1,701 sq ft three-bedders to 3,767 sq ft penthouses.
It is near the Orchard Road shopping district and schools such as Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road), Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Raffles Girls' School.
The expression of interest for the bulk sale closes on Aug 21.
