Pei Ting covers politics and social affairs at The Straits Times. She started out as a reporter for Today in 2014. In her seven years there, she produced three of the media outlet’s 20 most impactful news articles, co-coordinated its Adulting 101 series and led a team of four reporters to cover the opposition in the 2020 General Election. She joined The Business Times in 2021 to kick-start the environmental, social and governance beat, and took home SPH Media’s Journalist of the Year and Story of the Year awards in her two years in the role.
