Angelica Ang

Angelica is a reporter on The Straits Times’ breaking news team. She came to journalism from science, after a stint in a research lab during the pandemic made her think long and hard about the ways in which knowledge is communicated. She has a bachelor’s in biology from NUS and a master’s in journalism from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys kicking back with a good film and ambling around town with her camera in hand.
