KYIV - Russian forces are buying Starlink internet terminals in "Arab countries" for use on the battlefield, Ukraine's military intelligence said on Tuesday.

It made the statement on the Telegram messaging app, where it also posted what it described as an audio clip of two Russian soldiers discussing plans for such a purchase. REUTERS
