NEW DELHI (AFP) - Indian police on Friday detained the editor of leading Indian news magazine Tehelka, who is being investigated over the alleged rape of a colleague, reports said.

News channels Times Now and CNN-IBN said police detained Tarun Tejpal after he landed in the holiday state of Goa where the alleged crime took place at a conference organised by his publication earlier this month.
