KABUL (AFP) - A suicide car bomber on Tuesday rammed a bus carrying employees of Afghanistan's top court in Kabul, killing or wounding at least 10 civilians, officials said.

General Mohammad Zahir, head of criminal investigations at the interior ministry, said the bomber detonated his vehicle after ramming the bus carrying Supreme Court staff near the US embassy.
