Exports have emerged as a bright spot in India's economy as the country recovers from a devastating second Covid-19 wave.
Merchandise exports hit US$35.43 billion (S$47.9 billion) last month, the highest monthly figure in nine years. The figure also represented an almost 50 per cent increase over July last year and 36 per cent over the same month in the preceding year.
