NEW DELHI - Over the years, veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has lent his image to many public service campaigns in India, including those aimed at promoting polio immunisation and raising awareness about Covid-19.

But an unusual one he has been involved with is the Reserve Bank of India's ongoing drive to get Indians to accept coins as valid tender.
