NEW DELHI - India saw monsoon rains arrive simultaneously in the capital city Delhi and financial hub Mumbai for the first time in over six decades this week, following a deadly heatwave that led to a spike in deaths last week.
There were nearly 100 reported deaths last week as the mercury touched 44 deg C in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
