NEW DELHI - India, often accused of interference in the affairs of its smaller neighbours, is facing a test of its Neighbourhood First foreign policy in Sri Lanka.

And commentators believe India has for now struck the right note, outpacing China in providing key aid to its bankrupt South Asian neighbour.
