Rescue workers combing the site of a gas pipeline explosion in the Bangladesh port city of Chittagong yesterday. At least seven people were killed and eight injured in the blast, a police official said. The pipeline exploded in front of a five-storey building, blowing some of the building's walls off, the official added. The death toll could rise as some of those injured were in critical condition.
