BANGALORE - On Monday (Nov 11), the Andhra Pradesh government cancelled a joint project with a Singapore consortium to construct the core financial district of the state's new capital.
As soon as Mr Anumolu Gandhi heard the news, he said he went for a walk in his sprawling banana plantation.
