Anti-Duterte rally set to be biggest

Anti-Duterte forces have scheduled a rally today to mark the 45th anniversary of the 1972 declaration of martial law by former president Ferdinand Marcos.

The rally is expected to be the biggest yet under President Rodrigo Duterte, and protesters will be condemning his war on drugs and authoritarian rule.

Two collective sale offers close

Offers for the collective sale of two freehold properties close today.

Owners of the 78-unit Sun Rosier condominium off Bartley Road, which occupies 146,046 sq ft of land, are asking for $235 million.

For the smaller 12 Amber development at Katong, the owners are seeking as much as $61 million for the 22,800 sq ft plot.
