Elections in Thailand may be delayed till next year, with a vote today on changes to a Bill on Lower House parliamentary polls expected. It is unlikely that polls will be held by by November, as Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has promised.

Keppel Corporation will release today its fourth quarter and full-year results for last year. Investors will be looking to see the extent that group profit will be impacted by the fines paid by subsidiary Keppel Offshore & Marine in relation to corrupt payments made by a former agent in Brazil.
