The Irish-French Quoirin family from London were looking forward to an exotic summer vacation when they arrived at a Malaysian jungle resort on Aug 3.

But excitement soon turned to tragedy after the body of 15-year-old Nora Quoirin was found on Aug 13 in the jungle, 2km from the resort near Seremban, in the state of Negeri Sembilan.
