Myanmar's military junta argued at the International Court of Justice at The Hague yesterday that a case alleging genocide against the country's Rohingya minority has no grounds to proceed.
The hearing was clouded by controversy over which should be the rightful party representing Myanmar amid the political crisis triggered by a military coup last year.
