Youth in footage threatens to launch attacks in Malaysia

A 17-year-old has been detained in Malaysia after appearing in a video threatening to launch attacks in the country on behalf of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

Security officials were alerted after the video made the rounds recently in chat groups on Telegram and WhatsApp managed by ISIS supporters.
