JAKARTA - With his quiet demeanour and terse public remarks, Mr Gibran Rakabuming Raka has often given people the impression that he is cold and aloof, but to the residents of Solo city in Central Java, their soon-to-be mayor and son of President Joko Widodo is nowhere near standoffish.
