Protesters undeterred by bloody clash

Myanmar's anti-coup protesters marched in towns across the country yesterday, undeterred by the previous day's bloody clash with the authorities that left two more protesters dead.

The demonstrators plan to hold their biggest mass rally yet today, with businesses expected to shut in solidarity with the movement. Police arrested actor Lu Min for his part in backing the protests, and Facebook deleted the military's main page for violating its standards.
