PH seeks good foreign ties: DAP man

YONG PENG • Opposition coalition Pakatan Harapan (PH) does not want a major change in Malaysia's relations with its neighbours and economic partners, should it win power in the May 9 General Election, a senior member of the pact said yesterday.

The Democratic Action Party's (DAP) Johor chief Liew Chin Tong told reporters: "The new government hopes to provide economic opportunities for Malaysians... (and) would want to be on good terms with all other countries as long as its sovereignty is guaranteed and assured."
