Malaysia's PM Najib pays surprise visit to Indian restaurant in Shah Alam

SHAH ALAM (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak paid a surprise visit to an Indian restaurant in Section 25 of Shah Alam on Friday (April 8), much to the excitement of the people there.

"I am currently at Restoran Sri Mayuri, Shah Alam to meet and hear the success stories of several Indian businessmen who had received aid from the government to develop their businesses," wrote Datuk Seri Najib on his Facebook page.

The 6pm post received a lot of positive feedback.

"This is how a multiracial people-centric leader is like. Well done," commented Dol Mat.

"ood. Malaysia is multi-racial. Everyone must be helped," said Ahmad Hafiz.

"Well done. One Malaysia. God bless you," commented Thirun Karasan.
