PHUKET - It started with an alleged kick.
In a leaked video that has since gone viral online, a man walks up to two women sitting on concrete steps by a beach, filming them with his mobile phone. “Get the f*** off,” he says repeatedly. There is a thud, after which the two women scuttle off.
