HANOI – Mrs Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet remembers skipping classes as a young student to admire the morning fog rising over Hanoi’s famous West Lake.
“One of Hanoi’s attractions is its lakes, and our school was located by West Lake, so during the winter we used to skip classes to admire the morning fog rising over the water,” said the 54-year-old businesswoman.
