A necklace seized three decades ago from Imelda Marcos, former first lady of the Philippines, being displayed during an appraisal at the Central Bank of the Philippines in Manila yesterday. In a statement, the Presidential Commission on Good Government said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bureau of Customs to cooperate on the conduct of an appraisal and auction of jewellery seized from the widow of former Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos, who was ousted in 1986.
