GSH launches its first condo project in KL

Units in Eaton Residences range from one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses

Singapore developer GSH Corporation has launched its first condominium project in Kuala Lumpur.

The 52-storey Eaton Residences, with views of the Petronas Twin Towers and the Royal Selangor Golf Course, will have 632 units.

GSH Corporation, which is listed on the mainboard, said yesterday that about 200 units in the 99-year leasehold condominium have been released in the first launch phase, with 150 apartments booked earlier through private previews.

The units range from one- to four-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses.

The one-bedders of 635 sq ft are priced at RM1.14 million (S$375,000) while four-bedroom units of 2,874 sq ft cost RM4.92 million.

The penthouses, which range from 2,200 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, have a price tag upwards of RM4.19 million.

The condominium, which will have an infinity pool on the roof, is scheduled for completion by December 2020.

GSH chief executive Gilbert Ee said in a statement: "We deliberately tilted the building so that every unit either has the view of the Petronas Towers or the golf course."

GSH Corporation owns commercial and residential property in Singapore and Malaysia, including the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, which comprises two five-star hotels, a marina and a 27-hole golf course.

The project boasts of being the first and only residential tower to have an all-glass cladding, as well as the first and highest cantilevered sky pool in KL.
