A candle being lit yesterday in Quezon city amid photographs of activists killed during the Ferdinand Marcos dictatorship in the Philippines. The protest rally was held to commemorate the 32nd anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution which toppled the late strongman at Mendiola Bridge. Among those present were former president Fidel Ramos and Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, said the Rappler news site.
