SEOUL (AFP) - North Korea agreed on Thursday to hold talks with South Korea about reopening the Kaesong joint industrial zone which shut down amid high military tensions, officials said.

The South's unification ministry said talks would be held on Saturday in the border truce village of Panmunjom.
