TIANJIN - Singapore's Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Grace Fu visited the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City where she was briefed on the latest developments there.

Ms Fu, who is also Second Minister for Environment and Water Resources, toured various sites in the Eco-City which has around 10,000 residents.

The sites include the Eco-Business Park, the No. 3 Community Centre, the Binhai Foreign Languages School and the Low Carbon Living Lab, which is the first BCA Green Mark Platinum building in a temperate zone.

Ms Fu's visit to the Tianjin Eco-City on March 26 was part of her four-day visit to China from March 23-26.

She was accompanied by Parliamentary Secretary for Social and Family Development Low Yen Ling and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Development.
