Life in Wuhan almost back to normal, but scars still visible

In the central Chinese city that was once the epicentre of the world's coronavirus outbreak, life has largely returned to normal: families and friends gather for meals; residents go on holidays; and businesses have restarted, with production levels having returned to pre-pandemic levels.

A major automobile hub, Wuhan lies at the core of China's logistics network. And with 35 institutes of higher education, it is home to the largest student population in the world.
