In Tianjin Eco-city, there are autonomous vehicles, unmanned supermarkets and a so-called Future Restaurant, where customers can order from a menu of 40 Sichuan and Cantonese dishes prepared by five robots.

TIANJIN • Life in Tianjin Eco-city, an environmentally-friendly township jointly developed by the Singapore and Chinese governments, is a peek into what the future might look like.
