An iron gate separating a buffalo and a policeman from the Special Weapons and Tactics (Swat) unit at a parking area in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, on Monday.

According to local media, the buffalo was found running along the streets in the southern Chinese city, damaging cars and causing panic among pedestrians. It was later caught and shot dead by the local police force.
