SINGAPORE - American investor Jim Rogers has refuted a South Korean newspaper report that he plans to visit North Korea next month at the invitation of its leader Kim Jong Un.

The Singapore-based billionaire said, however, that he hopes to be able to make the trip this year as he expects some changes to take place before too long.
