HONG KONG - Singapore firms, particularly small-cap ones, are finding it harder to list in Hong Kong amid tough new screening rules that some say are a bid to improve the quality of companies on the exchange.
Lawyers and fund managers note that there has been a spike in the number of Singapore companies that failed to get a listing in Hong Kong over the past year, particularly in recent months.
