The popular Tian Tian chicken rice franchise in Hong Kong was a gamble for the owners, but now that the business has taken flight as appetite for Singapore's ubiquitous delicacy grows, expansion plans to the mainland and a future listing are on the plate.
Currently, Tian Tian Catering Group, which is the Hong Kong franchise of Singapore's famed Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, has three outlets - two premium restaurants in Causeway Bay and Kowloon, and an express outlet in New Territories.
