A huge kite known as the "ground-rolling dragon" is a head-turner in Yinchuan, a city in north-central China's Ningxia province. As many as 1,000 kites took to the sky at the opening of the third Kite Culture and Arts Festival in Sanshayuan International Eco-cultural Tourism Zone yesterday. Close to 10,000 visitors turned up for the event.
