BEIJING - Dubbed the queen of live-streaming in China, Ms Huang Wei used to make headlines for her whopping sales online, which included a rocket launch service sold for about 40 million yuan (S$8.5 million) in April last year.

But on Monday (Dec 20), it was the massive fine imposed on the 36-year-old that grabbed the attention of Chinese netizens.
