BEIJING - There is already no question in anyone's mind that President Xi Jinping will be assured of a third term as the Communist Party of China's general secretary at its 20th congress.
Analysts are also in agreement that Mr Xi will not anoint a successor this time, another norm he will break as he continues his hold on power for five, more likely 10, but possibly even 15 years more.
