BEIJING - The Communist Party of China (CPC) has released its newly minted Constitution, with amendments from the just concluded party congress, but some widely anticipated changes did not make it into the document.

The most notable of which is that President Xi Jinping was not given the title of “People’s Leader” (renmin lingxiu).
