BEIJING - A Chinese businessman has shown interest in buying the troubled Singaporean-run Beijing BISS International School in the Chinese capital.
The prospective buyer ran private and international schools in China, Mr Xu Donggeng, a legal adviser with the State Council's Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, told The Straits Times on Tuesday (Oct 16).
